- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and their families on health-related topics and promote health literacy.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing and current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Arkansas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting patients and equipment.
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, with a 7a-7p schedule, 72 hours per pay period.
