Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the check-out area, shopping cart and box storage areas, and other designated areas.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist in the development of sales strategies and implement plans to meet sales goals, including maintaining knowledge of store products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds, and work in cold areas.
Compensation

Part-Time Store Associates are compensated at a rate of $16.25+ per hour.
