Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, developing new products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to develop new products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Developing and maintaining 3D master assembly models and detailed 2D component drawings using Inventor and Autodesk Vault
  • Creating product bills of material and product documentation, including instruction books, spare parts books, and dimension drawings
  • Analyzing product costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and implementing process improvements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D design center
  • Experience leading project teams and managing budgets
  • Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
