Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Orthopedic Surgery unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact state.
  • BLS Certification.
  • ACLS preferred.
  • TCAR required.
