Physician-Family Medicine Specialist

Ocean Health Initiatives is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician-Family Medicine to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with other providers and staff to achieve our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, diagnostic testing, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
- Participate in departmental and medical staff meetings to stay informed about organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide education and training on clinical topics and best practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Provide consultation and guidance to medical support staff to ensure continuity and quality of services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited School of Medicine.
- Active State of New Jersey Medical Doctor License.
- New Jersey State Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active New Jersey CDS and DEA License to prescribe and maintain controlled substances.
- BLS for providers through the American Heart Association.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
