Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians in administering treatments, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and basic medical care functions with diligence, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
  • Support the administration of company policies related to medical recordkeeping, employee health records, and medical leave of absence.
  • Work under close supervision and support Physicians and managers by assisting in administering treatments, physical examinations, initial injury intake and triage, and diagnostic tests.
  • Perform basic medical care functions with diligence and consistency, adhering to schedules.
  • Assist in the administration of company policies and procedures related to maintaining the medical recordkeeping system, including employee health records, medical leave of absence, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant Federal and State regulations, as well as Ford Company standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in nursing
  • 2+ years of experience in areas such as clinical occupational health nursing, urgent care, critical care, emergency room, or adult medical/surgical nursing
  • BLS Certification Required
  • Registered Nurse
  • Unrestricted state licensure in the state of practice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse preferred
