Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to clinical staff, ensuring optimal operations and workflows.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows to improve patient care and staff efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Two years of relevant experience in Hematology/Oncology nursing.
