Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure public spaces are clean and tidy
  • Collect debris and equipment and place in designated areas
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and spot cleaning areas as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in porter/janitorial or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn on the job
  • Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and vendors
  • Pass a background and drug screening
