Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Assistant for our Scottsdale, AZ location within Schumacher North America, the largest division of our company. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for quality and service in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sample room inventory by ordering and organizing samples.
2. Assist clients with sample requests both in person and via phone.
3. Support the sales team by preparing and dispatching samples to clients.
4. Ensure the showroom floor is well-maintained by displaying new products and removing outdated items.
5. Oversee showroom materials, including marketing collateral and supplies.
6. Provide assistance for general showroom inquiries and projects.
7. Offer product guidance and information to clients on the showroom floor and over the phone.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Schumacher's mission of quality and excellence.
9. Continuously enhance your knowledge of interior design and Schumacher's current collections.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or showroom setting.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of lifting items weighing between 20-50 lbs.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the luxury interior design sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of accountability and initiative.
- Proficient in MS Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
