- Documentation: Accurately document patient information, medical history, and clinical interventions in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient phone calls, and engage with patients to achieve their healthcare goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Facilitate referrals, prior authorizations, and other clinical support functions as assigned.
- Current LPN License: Must be currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Certifications: American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Competitive Pay: $30.71 per hour, with a PRN differential of $3.00/hr.
