Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the coordination and execution of building projects from conception to completion. As a Mechanical Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team to plan, execute, and turn over Mechanical systems
  • Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
  • Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
  • Maintain project schedules to ensure work aligns with fast-paced timelines, employing proactive project layout and planning to set the team up for success
  • Supervise and direct construction crews and personnel onsite, assigning tasks and communicating responsibilities clearly
Requirements
  • Experience managing Mechanical work
  • Experience in leadership, management, and people development
  • Knowledge of the ASTM/ASME
  • Ability to develop a schedule and track performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
  • Bachelor's Degree, related 10+ years field experience
