About the Role

US Engine Valve is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a production specialist role. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to perform close tolerance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment according to guidelines and in a safe manner
  • Perform set-ups and light maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot equipment when required.
  • Maintain proper oil and coolant levels of machines, where applicable.
  • Adjust machines, tooling, and wheels to keep product within specified tolerances.
  • Complete production documentation (first piece approvals, tagging, scrap tickets, etc.) accurately and neatly.
  • Use specified gauges to ensure proper product tolerances.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months manufacturing (machining experience) preferred
