Key Responsibilities:

  • Stage plates and setup the breakdown area prior to events.
  • Assist the Front of House team as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and sanitized.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage.
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Help keep all China, Glass, and Silver in place.
  • Assist with light prep cooking and plating up.
  • Report to work on time, in proper uniform, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of related experience in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by events.

Working Conditions:

The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced, very physical environment. The position requires standing for several hours at a time each day and exposure to extreme temperatures, wet and/or humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals.
