Key Responsibilities
  • Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
  • Create and modify purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory levels
  • Record warranty parts returned and process special ordered parts on our dealership computer system
  • Review special order parts tracking and compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
  • Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory and maintain accurate records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
  • Attend weekly department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team discussions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training
  • Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
