Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at AdventHealth Castle Rock. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
  • Evaluate patient's response and intervene to ensure optimal patient outcome.
  • Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
  • One year experience preferred in nursing, with skills and knowledge base specific to the emergency department.
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
  • BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
