Retail Merchandising Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandising Support Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective merchandise presentation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Effectively merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store environment, including arranging and maintaining product displays and ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in pre-selling and sales-boosting events, and utilize point of sale technology to drive sales and fulfill customer orders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods.
