Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Assembler to join our team at Spark Talent Inc. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble intricate aerospace parts and systems using detailed blueprints and work instructions.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on assembled components, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with engineers, quality, and other assembly team members to resolve issues and optimize assembly processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality control purposes.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience (1+ years)
  • Understanding of safety and quality protocols
  • Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications
  • Punctuality, positivity, and team player attitude
