Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Project Manager specializing in Engineering for our Medical Industry division. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all engineering initiatives related to our medical devices and facilities. This pivotal role ensures the effective design, development, and execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Civil Engineering along with extensive project management experience. A strong ability to establish and maintain efficient operational systems to meet business objectives is essential. A thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape within the medical sector and its implications for project management is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and direction of engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget.
  • Create detailed project plans to monitor progress and apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Evaluate project performance using relevant systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and procedures pertinent to the medical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the Engineering sector, ideally in the Medical Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong technical foundation, with practical knowledge in engineering and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
