Welder

We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team at Avail Infrastructure Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for welding a variety of materials and joint configurations, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

• Weld a range of materials, including steel and other alloys, using MIG welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding schematics to ensure accurate measurements and weld placement.
• Operate various welding equipment, including cutting torches and grinders, safely and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

• At least 1 year of welding experience or training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple or complex instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with loud noise levels and varying temperatures.
