Job Title: Corrosion Engineer

Location: Irvine, California

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible extension)

W2 Only

Schedule and Hours: Monday to Friday, non-billable lunch break

Travel Requirements: Up to 3 times a month

This role requires a strong understanding of corrosion principles and materials protection. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective corrosion control strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct corrosion risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement corrosion control measures
  • Develop and maintain corrosion control procedures and guidelines
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams

Requirements:

  • Strong background in corrosion engineering and materials science
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
