Robot Technician

Starship Technologies Inc. is a leading innovator in autonomous delivery robots. We are seeking a skilled Robot Technician to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge technology.

The Robot Technician will be responsible for maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots, performing daily maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure, monitoring and servicing internal systems, and completing updates or improvements to existing systems.

• Maintain the health of our global fleet of robots through daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Carry out preventive maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure.
• Monitor and service internal systems, run tests, and complete reports.
• Develop solutions to prevent or solve underlying issues.

• Possess a passion for robots and innovative technologies.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Previous experience in Technical Support and with service desk applications is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and IT.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
