As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
• Maintain patient records and communicate with patients regarding test results and treatment plans
• Establish and manage patient schedules, including appointment times and waitlists
• Develop and implement strategies to promote and grow the practice, including marketing and outreach efforts
Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (optional)
• Valid state ophthalmology license (optional)
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
