Job Description

Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre-Scranton Airport Hotel is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at JAAI SANTOSHI LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
