Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications, perform vital sign checks, and document patient information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social work, care coordination, physical therapy, and occupational therapy

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse License, in good standing (State of Arkansas, or compact state, required prior to hire)
  • 6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)
  • Previous med surg experience is preferred, but not required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required
