Job Opportunity:

HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Currently active state license
• Less than 1 year of experience
• 32 minimum guaranteed hours
