Job ResponsibilitiesThe Acute Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This includes:
- Delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or recovering from surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and responding to changes in their status.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Documenting patient information and communicating with healthcare teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid RN license in Georgia or a compact state.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute medical-surgical setting.
