Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of court cases, including case files, dockets, and court orders.
  • Process and track incoming and outgoing documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
  • Provide assistance to judges, attorneys, and other court staff with case-related inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure compliance with court rules, procedures, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with court staff, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a court or administrative setting.
