Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SLP to provide evaluation and treatment services for patients with communication disorders, swallowing disorders, and cognitive deficits, as prescribed by the physician.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language function, identify equipment needs, and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and revise plans of care as necessary to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, and caregivers on recommendations for care.
  • Prepare and submit detailed notes per agency policy.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of speech language pathology services.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully vaccinated Speech Language Pathologist with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. A PRN or part-time position is available, with full-time employees eligible for benefits after a waiting period.
