Job Overview

OnePointe Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate submittals, lead times, deliveries, and installation with the general contractor and customers based on site readiness.
  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
  • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigating risk (including project termination if appropriate).
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
  • At least three years of related experience is required.
  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
