**Job Title:** Grounds Maintenance Laborer
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Laborer to join our team at IntegriWard, LLC. As a Grounds Maintenance Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our grounds, including landscaping, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Maintain the appearance of our grounds by mowing, trimming, pruning, and cultivating plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other hand tools.
- Trash and Litter Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and litter in grassed areas, plant and shrub beds, wooded areas, sidewalks, streets, and curbs.
- Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal tasks, including snow and ice removal, fertilization, and pest control.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate.
- Experience: Experience in landscaping and/or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to skillfully operate riding lawn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other hand tools. Ability to read and understand simple landscape plans and construction drawings.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work safely with manual and power tools, mechanical and electrical equipment, to the assigned tasks. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This job is performed in a shop setting, various buildings, and outdoors. This position requires driving and working outdoors in extreme heat/cold and possibly rainy weather.
