Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at JeNet Management LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing various maintenance duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of maintenance procedures and protocols is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, minor repairs, and general cleaning;
- Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance duties;
- Communicate effectively with tenants, management, and vendors to ensure seamless operations;
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a residential/commercial building maintenance environment;
- Technical or vocational training in a related field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry);
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic work order systems;
- A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds frequently;
