Physical Therapist

We are seeking a part-time physical therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team at Saint Alphonsus Health System. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing specific physical therapy treatment programs for individual patients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and supervise the work of support personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy treatment programs, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Supervise the work of support personnel, including physical therapy assistants and aides
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Oregon
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network
- Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation preferred
