Maintenance Electrician

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in our state-of-the-art facility. • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including PLC programming and robotics
• Analyze conditions and provide solutions to equipment failures
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth plant operations
• Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
• PLC troubleshooting experience and knowledge of programmable logic controllers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems

• $36.76/hour with shift differential
