POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary objective of this role is to execute the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as the policies and objectives of our organization.

Qualifications:
- Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide care suitable for the age-related needs of residents.
- Ability to interact tactfully with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
- Familiarity with nursing and medical practices, as well as laws and guidelines relevant to nursing care facilities.
- Capable of planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and interpreting programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for delivering quality care.
- Proficient in conveying information regarding a resident's condition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours based on position requirements.

Experience:
- Preferred one (1) year of experience with the RAI process.
