Medical Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Management Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our Medical Management Department, you will provide non-clinical support to our operations and case management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information regarding network providers and general program information to internal departments.
- Act as a liaison between Medical Management and/or Operations and internal departments.
- Maintain and update tracking databases.
- Prepare reports and documents all actions.
- Contact members and providers as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
