Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Management Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our Medical Management Department, you will provide non-clinical support to our operations and case management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information regarding network providers and general program information to internal departments.
  • Act as a liaison between Medical Management and/or Operations and internal departments.
  • Maintain and update tracking databases.
  • Prepare reports and documents all actions.
  • Contact members and providers as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
