Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Embassy Suites Atlanta/Sugarloaf, GA. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar, taking inventory of food and supplies, and preparing fresh fruit, coffee, and juices. You will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, wiping up spills, and removing trash. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent guest service and wear proper clothing based on company policy and brand standard.

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive and organized presentation.
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Wipe up spills and remove trash.
• Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
• Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
• Return reusable food supplies to storage.
• Vacuum and sweep carpets and floors.
• Mop floors.
• Dust and clean room decorations, appliances, and structural surfaces.
• Inspect areas for safety hazards and report maintenance problems to your supervisor.
• Provide excellent guest service.

• One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is required.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices is required.
