About Our AcademyWith multiple locations throughout Southern California, we provide a unique opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Our expert coaches and support staff ensure a positive and supportive environment, allowing you to focus on what matters most – teaching tennis
Your Key Responsibilities- Teach engaging and informative tennis lessons to children aged 5-18 years old
- Assist in developing curriculum and instructional materials for various age groups and skill levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and innovation within the academy
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
- Relevant coaching certification (USPTA/PTR/ITF) or a strong commitment to obtaining one
- At least 1 year of coaching experience, preferably in a youth tennis program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about tennis and committed to helping children succeed
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $58,000, contingent upon your qualifications and experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
