North Central Insulation is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Insulation Technicians. As a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and growth.

Position Details

We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn a new trade and advance their careers within our organization. Our team specializes in three types of insulation: batt, blown-in, and spray foam. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided by our seasoned Insulation Technicians. During the training phase, you will earn $20.25 per hour, with the potential to increase your earnings to $28.00 per hour within your first year of employment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, year-round position. Employees will begin their day at 7 a.m. and will travel to various job sites using company vehicles. The end time may vary based on the job and location, but you will return home each night and have Sundays off.

Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation to the work location
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with DOT regulations
  • A valid and clean driving record, as driving company vehicles is required
  • Ability to travel to different job sites
  • Comfortable working at various heights and using ladders or scaffolding
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Adherence to all safety standards and procedures
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to complete tasks with quality and within deadlines
