Meat Journeyman Job DescriptionAt Market Basket Foods, we're seeking a skilled Meat Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our meat department, you'll be responsible for meeting daily production needs and maintaining high-quality standards in meat cutting and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation
- Perform cutting, grinding, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and displaying of meat department products
- Properly label and rotate products, and remove out-of-code-date products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective meat department operations
