Job Title: Child Development Center Food Service Worker

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and service, and be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and preparing meals for the Child Development Center
  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with proper Health Department Regulations
  • Record specialized information for documentation purposes
  • Assist in shopping for necessary supplies for use in the meal program
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities in support of the department's day-to-day activities
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED)
  • Six (6) + months of food service experience
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Serv Safe Certification
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid driver license
