Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality care and patient safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting.
  • CPR certification.
