Position Overview
This role is tailored for individuals with a passion for the water and wastewater sector, focusing on projects that are essential to community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engineering and commissioning assistance for I&C, SCADA, DPCS, and startup projects within the water/wastewater sectors.
- Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Manage project finances, including cost estimation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among project participants.
- Address any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within defined scope and budget.
- Oversee the final commissioning of projects, confirming operational readiness and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction field, particularly in water/wastewater projects.
- In-depth knowledge of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including their design, construction, and operation.
- Proven track record in managing all phases of project development, from planning and design to execution and commissioning.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to potential challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
