Job Description

Casper Mountain Rehabilitation & Care Center is looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance and housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, including forecasting resources, providing oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily cleaning tasks.

You will work closely with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, as well as strong leadership skills to manage supervisors, technicians, engineers, and vendors.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
