  • We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Entertainment Supervisor to join our team at Round One Entertainment Inc.
Job Summary

The Entertainment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entertainment operations, including bowling, arcade games, and food and beverage services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About Us

Round One Entertainment Inc. is a multi-entertainment center featuring bowling, 300+ arcade games, billiards, karaoke, darts, bar, and kitchen. We have stores in 21 states and plan to expand to all 50 states by 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Oversee entertainment operations, including bowling, arcade games, and food and beverage services">
  3. Lead a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality entertainment experiences">
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store traffic and revenue">
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer experience">
  6. Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and security">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred">
  • Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service required; bowling or game center experience desirable">
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills">
  • Ability to lift up to 200 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, and work in a smoke-free environment">

Salary Range:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
