Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a Part-Time Keyholder at our Movado Company Store. As a vital member of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and supporting staff in achieving their targets. Your role will include assisting with customer service, inventory management, and various operational tasks.

  • Meet or surpass personal sales targets as set by the Store Manager while gaining comprehensive knowledge of our product range.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Accurately record all customer relationship management (CRM) data following company protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Display merchandise according to company standards.
  • Ensure a tidy, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Oversee and maintain product cleanliness, accurate pricing, and proper presentation.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory control logs as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Adhere to all security and loss prevention policies as outlined by corporate guidelines.
  • Perform watch servicing tasks, including sizing and battery replacements as required.

Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess strong sales abilities and relevant experience, ideally in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion sectors. A commitment to exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Previous management experience is highly preferred. Candidates should have flexible availability to meet the demands of the business and support store objectives.
