Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, Project Management, UX/Design, and Customer Service, to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze business needs, identifying areas of value and potential for growth.
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap, classifying and prioritizing initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Guide stakeholders, connecting them with subject matter experts to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Obtain management approval for defined initiatives and prioritize them for upcoming quarters.
  • Work with Technology, Operations, and UX Design Teams to estimate efforts and define product requirements.
  • Develop detailed needs assessments for select initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Technical professionals.
  • Engage the UI/UX Design Team as needed to support product development.
  • Clarify ambiguity and close gaps with Technical Business Analysts.
  • Define deliverables with Marketing Operations and support the delivery plan with Program and Project Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
