Job Responsibilities
The Security Officer will be responsible for completing daily activity reports and incident reports as necessary, reporting directly to the Property Manager.
The officer will conduct thorough interior and exterior patrols of the property, monitoring for any unusual activities.

Additionally, the Security Officer will assist visitors by providing directions and must possess knowledge of the property’s amenities, including restrooms, restaurants, and parking areas.

Proficiency in using a smartphone for digital reporting is required, and the ability to operate a golf cart when necessary is also essential.
