Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Gringos Tex-Mex. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and seat them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring that guests are informed of wait times and estimated wait periods.
  • Ensure that tables are set and presented in a clean and inviting manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
