**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Top Hand to join our team at Delta Oaks Group. As a Construction Top Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with the field execution of construction projects for our clients in the telecommunications vertical.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with conducting telecommunication tower construction and maintenance, troubleshooting, and directing field personnel while ensuring quality work in compliance with project design and safety requirements.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents and plans, including knowledge of tower components, tower connections, and foundations.
  • Possess strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Strictly obey and assist with enforcing safety in accordance with company, client, industry, and governmental regulations and policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated construction experience in the telecommunications construction field.
  • Competent Climber/Certified Rescuer.
  • First Aid/ CPR Certifications.
  • OSHA 10 Hour.
  • RF/EME Awareness.
  • Aerial Lift Operator.
  • Excavator Operator is preferred.
  • NWSA TTT-1 is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and clean drivers record.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background test.
