Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Pediatric RN, you will provide primary pediatric nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents within the home-care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct age-appropriate health, social, and developmental status assessments using standardized tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide nursing treatments and tests, such as wound care, infusions, and medication administration, under the orders of a physician.
  • Record all pertinent data accurately and in accordance with facility information systems and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current active license in the state(s) in which employed.
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Pediatric RN within the last five (5) years.
  • Able to provide proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
